Yin Yoga + Concert

Over dit evenement

Be very welcome at Common Ground to slow down, relax, come to yourself and your body to close your day. When we're in our yang, active, outgoing energy we need to find our balance to go within.

Yin Yoga is a grounding, slow and meditative form of yoga where we go inwards and hold yoga postures for 3-5 minutes. We connect with our breath and feel the tensions in our bodies to create space so the energy can move freely again throughout the whole body. We free ourselves from emotions, stress, tensions, pains; whatever doesn't serve us anymore.

Expect to feel calm, peaceful, connected with yourself, grounded and relaxed after this 90 minutes yin yoga session. NOTE: There are yoga mats, but not that much so if you can bring your own mat, that would be wonderful!

At the end of the yoga, when you' re all open, Immy Angel will share some mantra' s and medicine songs guided by the Ukulele. Feel free to sing a long :)

You can reserve your spot by getting a ticket. It' s donation based, so pay what suits best for you at this moment.
