Yin Yang Yoga + Concert

Over dit evenement

- This Yoga Class can be in English or Dutch, depending on the preference -

Welcome at Common Ground! A cozy space where you can connect with yourself and others, and this Saturday morning there will be a Yin Yang yoga class facilitated by Immy Angel.

Start your Saturday with awareness, movement, breathe and going inward. Yoga is one of the most effective ways to cultivate energy in the body, boost your mood, make those lucky hormones on the body and with the combination of yang (active) and yin (passive) you'll be grounded and more free in the body after this class :)

To close, I'll sing my own heart opening songs, guided by the Ukulele. We end with chill out and tea.

11.00 Yin Yang Yoga
12.15 Concert
12.45 Chill with Tea

Bring warm clothes and if you have your own yoga mat, as we have mats but not that much.
The yoga is donation based, sign up to make sure if your spot!

Much love,
Immy Angel <3
