4 Elemental Dance Workshop

Over dit evenement

Welcome at Common Ground; a place where you can express yourself, explore all parts of yourself and connect playful and open with each other! This Thursday evening we experience ourselves and each other through a 4 elemental dance journey!

We are all part of the 4 nature elements: Air, Fire, Water & Earth. These elements are within and around us, we can move with them and explore how we relate to them. Expression gives us insight in how we relate, how we move, were we hold back and were we thrive. Dancing gives joy and energy! We move alone and together, no talking so we can feel deeply and let our bodies speak. We end with the 5th element ether, which means stillness, in a short meditation to integrate the other 4 elements.
