New Moon Guided Meditation with Ceremonial Cacao / Journaling / Online

The New Moon in Libra invites us to look at balance: not only in our relationships with others, but in the relationship we have with ourselves.

Where have you been over-adjusting?
Where are you keeping the peace at your own expense?
And what would it look like to create relationships, routines and decisions that leave more room for you too?

This one-hour online experience is a space to slow down, step away from everyday noise and reconnect with what you need as a new lunar cycle begins.

Before joining, prepare a cup of ceremonial cacao at home, or simply your favorite tea. We’ll begin by arriving together with our drink, followed by grounding, gentle reflection and a guided meditation inspired by the themes of this Libra New Moon.

Libra is traditionally connected with relationships,, harmony and restoring balance, making this New Moon a beautiful moment to reflect on where something may need to be renegotiated, softened or brought back into alignment.

What to expect:
• ceremonial cacao or tea, prepared by you at home
• grounding & nervous system regulation
• guided New Moon meditation
• reflection around relationships, balance & your own needs
• intention setting for the new lunar cycle
• space to slow down and reconnect with yourself
• everyone will receive their own Oracle card message at the end

No previous meditation or spiritual experience is needed.

Led by Joanna N Thomas, an Integrative Therapist with MA in Psychology, Reiki Master & Teacher, grounded in science, and making being human slightly easier.
