Medicine Within

As an experienced angel (helper) in this feeld of temples, I can definitelly recommend the temples of medicine within. Sandi is a very embodied facilitator in this tantric field, who knows what she is talking about. After the workshop and temple i felt safe, held, connected to myself and others, playfull, open and i took a lot of insights with me home. I definitely want to support more of her temples.

Ontzettend mooie workshop waarin duidelijk werd hoeveel "maskers" ik onbewust draag en wat dat met mijn systeem doet, en de mogelijkheid het masker af te zetten en tevoorschijn te komen als je pure zelf en vanuit daar een open en waarachtige connectie aan te gaan met jezelf en de mensen om je heen.

De tempel die daarop volgde was voor mij een mooie oefenplek om die verbinding vanuit mijn pure zelf aan te gaan.

What an unforgettable Embodied Tantra Weekend! ♥️

I deeply appreciated the way Sandy held the space, with so much presence, wisdom, knowledge and personal experience woven into her teachings and transmissions.

Having the honour of supporting this weekend as team lead gave me the opportunity to witness the participants' journeys up close.

And what a beautiful transformation to witness! From the first evening to the final day, seeing people gradually soften, open up, connect more deeply with themselves and others, and give themselves permission to feel and express more of who they are.

Listening to their sharings and witnessing what unfolded touched me deeply.

It was my first tantra training with Sandi and her team. She offers a beautiful sacred space in which you are able to experience yourself in whole new ways. She takes you through some fundamental elements of tantra and while doing that she let you experiencing it yourself, step by step.

Between the practices there is enough space to come back to yourself, to breathe, to share and to connect. While going through this journey for a couple of days Sandi and her team felt like safe and warm spaceholders. Their presence felt inviting to open up and be vulnerable in whatever came up. For me, the field was very powerful, I'm not the same person anymore.

I definitely recommend going to her tantra training and I'm looking forward to going to more of her events!

At this temple I've enjoyed a rich variety in playful and sensual practices, that challenged me and engaged my energy field. It was making love and fun at a deeply connected energetic level. Such a beautiful and insightful workshop. Sandy guided us through the Heroine’s Journey in a way that made awakening, the different phases of womanhood, and their connection to the goddesses feel simple, relatable, and deeply personal. I was so lucky to have experienced the 2 events organized by Medicine Within during my weekend in Amsterdam .
1/Temple of Devotion & desire (26/6/26) facilitated by Sandi was absolutely amazing! It was my first temple experience and I loved it! I was so lucky to have Sandi as a facilitator for my first experience: she has such a great energy, I felt instantly at ease. The flow of the evening was smooth , erotic & tantric . I experienced intense desires that I never thought i can experience with a group of strangers without sexual penetration! It was a fabulous experienced and I highly recommend it, if you are visiting Amsterdam!
The second workshop 4SX with Alfred was extremely interesting! I never thought sex could be taught in that way! Alfred has a funny way of teaching awkward positions in a very light hearted way!
