Breathe & Connect

Over dit evenement

Hey ya breathwork lovers out there :)

Are you ready to connect with like-minded people in the polder?

We're back for more good vibes this winter with Yves!

Expect:
• deep relaxation with breathwork (with live handpan by Yves)
• reflect & connect with like-minded people
• enjoy a saunagus (opgieting) in the sauna
• optional: step into an ice bath (with 1:1 guidance from Yves)
• go home with a big smile, feeling absolutely recharged

Read: only good stuff!

Hope to see you there ✌️

⏱️ 18:00 - 21:00
