Yin, Breath and Sound XL - Rumah Special

Over dit evenement

This extended Yin practice offers space to fully explore breath, stillness and deep stretching in an extended Sunday morning session in December and supports the seasonal shift from autumn’s descent into winter’s quiet restoration.

Through breath practices, Yin Yoga, a guided Yoga Nidra and a deeply restorative sound meditation with music and sound bowls, you are invited to slow down, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with your inner stillness.

This journey offers space to release accumulated tension, reflect inwardly, and prepare the body and mind for winter’s restorative rhythm.

All levels are welcome.

The session is included in your Rumah Yoga Full Membership. The workshop is 1 credit/class for those who have a Light Membership. If you want to join without a Rumah Yoga membership, the investment for the workshop is 25 Euros.

If you have either a Full or Light Membership and you wish to bring a friend to the workshop who doesn't have a membership, we will offer that friend a 10 Euro discount. Simply send an email to info@rumahyoga.nl with your friends full name and email and we'll take care of the rest.
