Core Flow XL - Rumah Special

Over dit evenement

We’ll move mindfully through a strengthening flow, exploring challenging yet adaptable poses. Get ready to sweat, build strength, and have fun along the way!

We’ll focus on the deep abdominal muscles and the entire core, play with arm balances, flow into boat poses, and reconnect with that feeling of being fully alive.

And the best part? We have more time to explore, refine our technique, and dive deeper into the practices of pranayama and conscious movement. Let’s challenge ourselves and enjoy the journey!

The session is included in your Rumah Yoga Full Membership. The workshop is 1 credit/class for those who have a Light Membership. If you want to join without a Rumah Yoga membership, the investment for the workshop is 25 Euros.

If you have either a Full or Light Membership and you wish to bring a friend to the workshop who doesn't have a membership, we will offer that friend a 10 Euro discount. Simply send an email to info@rumahyoga.nl with your friends full name and email and we'll take care of the rest.
