Yang to Yin XL - Rumah Special

Over dit evenement

This extended Yang to Yin practice offers space to fully explore both movement and stillness in a balanced, mindful way.

The Yang part invites you to move with awareness, strengthen and energise, while the Yin part invites you to slow down, soften and find a deeper release.

With more time to settle into each part of the practice, there is no need to rush or squeeze in a few Yin shapes at the end. Both movement and stillness can be experienced more fully, creating space to move, breathe, release and reconnect.

Leave feeling both energised and deeply relaxed.

All levels are welcome.

The session is included in your Rumah Yoga Full Membership. The workshop is 1 credit/class for those who have a Light Membership. If you want to join without a Rumah Yoga membership, the investment for the workshop is 25 Euros.

If you have either a Full or Light Membership and you wish to bring a friend to the workshop who doesn't have a membership, we will offer that friend a 10 Euro discount. Simply send an email to info@rumahyoga.nl with your friends full name and email and we'll take care of the rest.
