Alonzo

The workshop was a beautiful and intimate experience for me. I could research parts of myself through the movement exercises in a soft and connected way. I could feel in my body where I could pivot and turn and I could connect this to how I handle situations in my life in the same way. Changing perspective on things that used to wear me down. Thank you Alon, I loved it! And thank you Javi and the rest of the participants for the space, connection and shared emotions. 💜💜💜

As a beginner in Contact, I felt very supported and welcomed by the group. Alon has a unique, effortless authenticity, and beyond the excellent guidance he gives, his energy simply draws you into the experience.

Feeling such a strong connection with Alon, I also joined one of his somatic bodywork sessions. It was a deep and healing experience, and hopefully the beginning of a more meaningful process of work.

Highly recommended to anyone who wants to understand themselves more deeply through the body.

Great teachings and dance teacher! Highly recommended!
