Shadows & Sparks is an event for experienced members of the polyamorous, tantric/spiritual, queer, and/or kink communities. It offers a structured and safe environment to explore social intimacy, (neo-)Tantra, embodied sexuality, affirmative Kink and Shadow Tantra. The event focuses on providing a safer space for deep and rich intimate experiences by bringing people with experience from different worlds together.
INTENTIONS
Desire Exploration: Having a safer environment do dive into desires and needs.
Building Trust: Fostering deep connections through communication and safer experimentation.
Experiencing Surrender & Care: Safely playing with surrender, vulnerability, and deep intimacy.
EVENT STRUCTURE
Welcome & Group Agreements (30 min)

Workshops (2 hours)
Workshop 1: Consent and Event Etiquette
Workshop 2: Surrender as an Art of Life- intro
Open Space (3 hours)
Soft Zone: For people wanting to explore soft and high
Intense Zone: For people wanting to explore loud and deep
Care Zone: A quiet area for care and for decompression after scenes, with tea, cushions, and blankets.
Closing Moment (30 min)
A moment to share and integrate experiences and conclude the event with care.
Dress Code:
Be comfortable for the first part of the event and be as expressive as you like for Discreet attire for arrival and departure
GROUP AGREEMENTS
To ensure a nurturing and safer experience for everyone, we agree to:
-Consent: Always ask for and receive explicit consent before engaging in any activity. Respect your own and others' boundaries!
-Care: Take care of yourself and others. Visit the quiet room when needed and communicate to the team if you would like some care from us.
-Confidentiality: Respect everyone's privacy and do not share personal information outside of the event. You are free to share about your own experience without identifiable information of other participants.
-Contact: This isn't the place to join with the intention of finding your next date. It is possible to respectfully exchange contact info at the workshop with other participants. "No" to exchanging contact info is, of course, a full sentence! If contact info hasn't been explicitly exchanged at the event, DO NOT CONTACT people AFTER the event. There should be enough time during the event.
-Come Sober: No substance use before or during the workshop.

-Snacks and beverages will be provided (enough for everyone) and feel free to bring your own to remain well energized.

CANCELLATION POLICY
-Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the workshop will receive a full refund minus possible transaction costs (e.g. booking costs Hipsy)
-Partial Refund: Cancellations made up until 7 days before the workshop will receive a 50% refund.
-No Refund: Cancellations made 7 days or less before the workshop will not be eligible for a refund. However, your spot can be transferred to another person. I need to agree the person is a suitable replacement to be allowed to transfer the ticket.
-Facilitator Cancellation: If I need to cancel the workshop for any reason, all participants will receive a full refund.

Regular Price: €75
Additional costs are:
-Fixed fee Hipsy per ticket: €0,80
-Transaction costs are dependend on the payment method:
Bancontact/iDeal: €0,35 per transaction
Creditcard: 3,9% of the total amount
PayPal: 6,1% of the total amount
Group Discount: Register with two or more people and everyone receives a 10% discount.
