Intentions Circle

Over dit evenement

The ceremonies at TEALEDRA weave a journey through all the elements. They remind us of our inherent wholeness and how we can increasingly embody our essence. This practice encourages us, supported by one another, to embrace ourselves fully and liberate our spirits to walk the path of the Heart.

TOGETHER WE CONSCIOUSLY PLANT THE SEEDS

As we find ourselves in the depths of winter, the promise of a new year beckons with the arrival of spring’s bloom. Yet, how beautiful it would be, just after the new year’s turning, to connect with the seeds longing to be sown in our hearts? Such seeds can take root within us, anchoring deeply as we blossom slowly, in harmony with the rhythms of nature.

In the INTENTIONS CIRCLE, I invite you to embark on an inner journey towards unity with your deepest desires. Here, we renew our energy through profound breathwork and supportive rituals, steeped in ancient traditions. Among these, we perform a Despacho ceremony, enveloped in a nurturing space enriched by the medicine of Cacao and Blue Lotus.

DESPACHO

The INTENTIONS CIRCLE embodies the connection we forge as we plant the seeds of our dreams and goals, embarking on a journey through all the elements. These elements have long been honored in ancient traditions, and by aligning ourselves with them, we deepen our bond with life itself, receiving their energetic support in our daily endeavors.

As we welcome the elements and seek their guidance in our personal journeys, we will take a moment during the circle to honor the spirits of nature, drawing inspiration from the Q'ero tradition's Despacho rituals. We pause to express our gratitude to Mother Earth, who cradles us each day, allowing us to breathe, laugh, dance, sing, walk, and cry. We reflect on how nature spirits and elements whisper wisdom into our hearts and send signs to guide us along our path, reminding us of the profound connections all around us.

BLUE lOTUS
For centuries, Blue Lotus has served as a Plant Medicine, treasured for its spiritual and ceremonial uses. It aids in inner journeys and offers a uniquely healing spiritual experience. The effects of Blue Lotus evoke heightened states of awareness and open us to gentle visions.

With its subtle, relaxing, and calming qualities, Blue Lotus harmonizes beautifully with Cacao, enhancing the connection to the heart and Spirit, while elevating consciousness, visions, and relaxation during our inner travels.

Blue Lotus illuminates what lurks in the shadows of our depths. It casts light upon the unseen, guiding us to insights—a blossoming of mind and soul, a remembrance of wholeness with our entire being.

CONTRA-INDICATIONS
Ceremonial Cacao is generally safe for use, yet it is vital to consider any contraindications if you are on SSRIs or have a heart condition. In certain cases, Cacao (or chocolate) may be contraindicated due to MAO inhibitors. Cacao serves as a natural antidepressant and may offer a worthy alternative to pharmaceuticals for some individuals. If you are uncertain about contraindications, please discuss them with me ahead of time, before participating in a ceremony or session. Your safety is paramount, and I am dedicated to finding suitable solutions. Open dialogue is essential to this process.
