We begin the session with neo-Tantric practices designed to help you connect with yourself and the group. These exercises may include guided breathwork, heart-opening meditations, and gentle movement practices to help you feel grounded and present. Together, we build an atmosphere of mutual trust and openness, cultivating a sense of abundance in shared intimacy.
Following these practices, we move into affirming group agreements and consent exercises. These steps ensure that everyone feels comfortable, respected, and empowered to express their boundaries and desires.
Once the groundwork is set, we explore the art of (neo-)Tantric Massage, allowing participants to give and receive nurturing, consensual touch. This exchange invites surrender and connection, creating an opportunity to deepen your relationship with touch, trust, and presence.

This Leuven Based Human loves to co create juicy projects with local creators and connect Belgium to the international world of Intimate Embodiment.
