Women's Health & Hormonal Balance

Over dit evenement

Women's health and complaints that are unique to women, significantly influence women's wellbeing both at home and at work. However, there is little attention given on ways women can support their own wellbeing and what their environment can do.

Women's wellbeing is greatly influenced by the balance of the dominant female sex hormones oestrogen and progesterone, from the start of menstruation, all the way to post menopause. The list of complaints is long, one having to deal with more severe complaints than the other.

This workshop will give you better understanding of the hormones at play, and how they change at various stages of your life and the influence of cortisol. You will leave with practical ways to create and maintain balance, regardless of your age, feeling empowered to take charge of your wellbeing.
