A space to slow down, soften and come back to yourself.
As winter approaches and nature begins to turn inward, we're invited to do the same. Rather than constantly pushing, planning and doing, this Women's Circle is an opportunity to pause, take a breath and give yourself some much-needed space.
Together, in a small and intimate circle, we'll create a nurturing space to reconnect with ourselves, ground our energy and welcome the quieter season ahead.
We'll begin with a gentle cleansing ritual, using sage to clear the energy and mark the transition from the outside world into our shared space. From there, we'll move into a guided meditation and grounding practice, bringing our awareness back into our bodies and imagining ourselves rooted, steady and supported.
Throughout the session, there will be space for reflection, gentle movement, stillness and release. We'll explore what winter and hibernation can teach us about rest, slowing down, setting boundaries and honouring the seasons of our own lives.

You don't need to know anything about Reiki, meditation or women's circles to join. You don't need to arrive with a particular intention, either. You can share as much or as little as you like. There is no pressure to speak, perform or be anything other than yourself.
Come as you are. Wear comfortable clothing, bring an open mind and a willingness to give yourself this time.
This is your invitation to pause, turn inward and remember that you are allowed to rest.
Let's welcome the season of hibernation in together!
