Workshop Family Constellations TRY OUT

Over dit evenement

Often, we keep repeating certain patterns without knowing why.

It might be that you find it hard to open up or set boundaries. Others become unusually angry or sad. While some struggle with making decisions or dare to truly step into life and follow their own path.

A family constellation can be a powerful tool to discover what is happening on a deeper level within you.

By working with representatives, the underlying dynamics become visible. Often, these are dynamics that are unknown to us or that we are unable to break free from. Interventions and healing sentences can help set a healing change in motion, allowing you to find your own place and feel your inner strength again.

I create a safe space where, together, we investigate what is happening beneath the surface and see what wants to come into motion.

We will start with an exercise for everyone to experience, followed by two or three constellations.

Curious? Come and join the workshop!

PS. This is a first try-out in English! I normally facilitate family constellations in Dutch, so this will be my first workshop in English.
