Yin + Live Harp & Vocals

Over dit evenement

For the winter months, Into You Academy moves indoor. Coming together for cosy moments, this very special evening where Yin & Harp meet. Iris will guide you into gentle opening Yin poses. Using the breath, touch and inviting deep relaxation. Yazz Meavis will support the whole class with her harp magic. She's been playing the instrument since she is five years old and together with her voice, this class will be a whole journey on its own.

Yin is a gentle gift for the body, where we work with the deeper layers of the body. Finding softness and relaxation with every breath, sinking deep into the moment and into your body. Very good to give space for your nervous system and giving some Yin to our mostly Yang lives.

The class will be combined with breathing exercises, meditation & handpan.

Accessibel for everybody. All yogamats, props, warm tea and more is present. Come as you are, receive & enjoy.
