Sometimes, we long for more of these things in our lives, while at the same time carrying experiences that have taught us to protect ourselves, hold back or close parts of ourselves off.
This November, Brazilian facilitator Ana Vidal, founder of the Dragon Energy Center, returns to SØSOUL for a special two-day Dragon Energy Weekend. Two distinct experiences invite you to explore your relationship with energy, intention and the different ways you experience and receive life.
Through Dragon Coaching and the Emerald Dragon Experience, you will explore what may be holding you back, reconnect with your strengths and create more space for movement, alignment and receiving.

Saturday 7 November · Dragon Coaching I

Dragon Coaching I is an introduction to consciously working with Dragon Energy and the Mandala MAP, a tool that explores nine key areas of human experience: Work, Wisdom, Life Path, Prosperity, Success, Relationships, Creativity, Blessings and Center.
Together with Ana, you will explore where energy may feel blocked or out of balance, how mental, emotional and energetic patterns influence your life, and how to create more clarity and movement.
Through working with Dragon Energy, intention and the Mandala MAP, you will begin to recognise obstacles, reconnect with your strengths and talents, and explore how to bring greater alignment into different areas of your life.
Sunday 8 November · Expand Your Capacity to Receive
The Emerald Dragon Experience

We can desire more love, connection, support and abundance in our lives, while simultaneously carrying patterns that make it difficult to let them in.
Sometimes, these patterns are mental. Sometimes emotional, physical or energetic. Often, they are connected to what we have learned to protect within ourselves.
This full-day experience is dedicated to the Emerald Dragon, associated within Dragon Energy work with the heart, healing and our capacity to receive.
Together with Ana, you will explore the deeper experiences and patterns that may have shaped your relationship with receiving. The work invites you to soften protective layers, become aware of what you hold back and create more room for love, support and energy.
We explore receiving through three relationships:
People
Allowing ourselves to receive love, care and support from family, friends, partners and the people around us.
Earth
Deepening our connection with nature, animals and the Earth, and exploring what it means to receive from the living world.
Universe
Opening ourselves to the possibility of receiving support, love and energy from something greater than ourselves.
And underneath all three lies perhaps the most important relationship of all: how much we allow ourselves to receive.
A day dedicated to the heart, to what we have learned to protect, and to expanding our capacity to let more in.
About Ana Vidal
Ana Vidal is the founder of the Dragon Energy Center in Brazil and works internationally with Dragon Energy practices and teachings.
Her work explores how Dragon Energy can help bring awareness to internal blocks and patterns, support intention and create greater movement and alignment across different areas of life.
For this special weekend in Amsterdam, Ana brings two distinct experiences to the SØSOUL Inner Sanctuary: Dragon Coaching I and the Emerald Dragon Experience.

Both experiences run from 10:00 to 17:30. You can participate in either day individually or join both days for a deeper exploration of Dragon Energy work.
