Over dit evenement
We invite you to join us for an afternoon of slowing down, reconnecting with ourselves, and sharing a moment of presence together.
Through the simple practices of tea, conscious breathing, and live handpan music, we create a space to step away from the busyness of everyday life and become more attentive to what is happening within and around us.
There is nothing you need to achieve, and no particular experience you need to have. Just come as you are.
What can you expect?
🍵 Silent Tea Ceremony
We begin by gathering around tea.
Daniel will guide us through a silent bowl tea ceremony, a practice rooted in simplicity and presence. Drinking tea together in silence invites us to slow down, open our senses, and appreciate the ordinary moments we often overlook.
With each bowl, we have an opportunity to become a little more present with ourselves, the tea, and the people around us.
🌬️ Guided Breathwork
Joya will guide us through a breathwork experience, inviting us to explore the relationship between our breath, body, and inner experience.
Through conscious breathing, we create space to become curious about what we feel and experience in the present moment.
🎶 Live Handpan Music
The gentle, resonant sounds of the handpan will accompany part of our afternoon, offering space for listening, rest, and integration.
The music invites us to simply receive, without needing to do anything.
An afternoon together
Throughout the gathering, there will be space for silence, reflection, and connection.
Whether you are familiar with tea ceremonies and breathwork or discovering them for the first time, you are welcome.
We hope to create an atmosphere where everyone can feel comfortable arriving as they are.
