Explore within, connect with others and bring the insights of your plant medicine journeys into everyday life.

Ceremonies can open us to new perspectives, meaningful insights and a deeper sense of connection. But how do we carry those discoveries into our daily lives?

This workshop is an invitation to explore that question together, with curiosity, creativity and the support of community.

Who is this for?

Anyone who has experienced a plant medicine ceremony or psychedelic journey and is looking for connection, community and practical support with integration. Whether your experience was recent or years ago, you are welcome.
Curious friends are welcome too—no previous ceremony experience is needed, just an openness to the focus of the gathering. This is a substance-free workshop.

What to expect?

Through games, guided meditations and somatic exercises, we’ll explore how integration touches different parts of our lives: our thoughts, emotions, bodies, relationships, sense of meaning and everyday actions.

We’ll reflect on how our experiences unfold over time and discover simple ways to put meaningful insights into practice.
There will be space for laughter, thoughtful conversations and new connections. You’re free to participate at your own pace and share only what feels comfortable.

We’ll finish with a potluck dinner, sharing food and enjoying time together.

Program:
16:00 – Welcome and getting to know each other
16:30 – Play, connect, learn and integrate through guided activities
18:30 – Potluck dinner
19:30 – Closing and heading home
