Over dit evenement

✨Ecstatic Dance✨ Sensual Dance✨ Kundalini dance✨ Cacao Ceremony✨Energy Activation✨
✨Live Music✨ Sound Journey✨ Breath work✨ Body Activation✨
✨Celebration✨ Connection✨ Coddle✨ Embodying Love✨

We begin the day by gathering in a circle to connect with the present moment, gently awakening the body by Eva Nova and integrating a Kundalini dance by Mehtab to release the accumulated tension of the year. This is followed by a shamanic touch of connection with divine cacao as we welcome live music rooted in Maya shamanic traditions. After dinner, we will gather for a 'BEE' frequency dance meditation before diving into an Ecstatic Dance journey. Led by high-frequency live musician and DJ Mason Torjen from Mexico (Maya Roots), this session is designed to fully open our hearts and ground our energy. Finally, after the dance, we will close this beautiful journey together with a soothing sound healing session.
