In the first year of our tantra yoga course we explore the chakra system in depth. Each of them representing a level of consciousness rich in potentialities to awaken harmoniously in our being.

If you feel the inspiration to open yourself more deeply into tantra and yoga, learning what it is truly about then feel free to join us for a free try out class.

Each class you’ll learn a new asana (bodily attitude) that awakens certain qualities specific to that chakra. Besides that you’ll learn about the principles on which tantra yoga is based.
Each week you’ll also receive course materials in which will you’ll be able to read more at home.

Currently we’re going through the 3rd chakra, Manipura chakra. Here we explore what it means to awaken our willpower and we’re diving into the structure of the ego, the false sense of ‘I’.
We’ll also be learning a very potent technique for refining our lower emotions and sexual energy.
In other words so much to explore.
