🕉️ Ceremonie
We starten de ochtend met een moment van verstilling, verdieping en verbinding.
Deze keer verzorgd door Lise Wiener.
Een aantal gezamenlijke oefeningen om uit het hoofd in het het lichaam te landen en dieper te verbinden met wat er in je leeft en met elkaar. Lise is ademcoach en werkt lichaamsgericht.
Na de ceremonie en de dans is er de mogelijkheid om samen potluck lunch te houden!
Khulana is een co-creatie!

DJ Dario Panthera heeft een brede smaak en weet met zijn achtergond als performer hoe het publiek te verleiden en te amuseren. We kijken uit naar deze sessie!
Ecstatic Dance is jouw moment om je vrij te bewegen, zonder oordeel en in overgave.

13:00- afsluiting
13:30- Optionele potluck- breng je vegetarische hapjes en deel met elkaar, een heerlijk moment voor verbinding en delen.

🕉️ Opening Ceremony
We’ll start the morning by slowing down, tuning in and connecting with ourselves and each other.
This time, the ceremony will be guided by Lise Wiener, a breath coach who takes a body-centred approach to her work.
Through a series of shared exercises, Lise will invite us to step out of our heads, land in our bodies, get moving and deepen our connection with ourselves and one another.
And after the ceremony and dance, you’re welcome to stay for a shared potluck lunch! 🥗

We’ll provide tea and water, but only water bottles are allowed inside the dance space.
