Sunday Afternoon Welness

Over dit evenement

- Rest & recharge before Monday
- Cacao • Sound Healing
- Tea & healthy treats
- Optional sauna

Sunday doesn't have to be the day you start worrying about Monday
Consider this your invitation to do the opposite.

To slow down.
To recharge.
To give your nervous system a little space before another week begins.

We start together with a gentle Blue Lotus & Lavender cacao ceremony, followed by an immersive Sound Healing session designed around deep rest and relaxation.

Afterwards, there’s no rush to leave.

Tea and healthy treats are waiting, with the option to enjoy the sauna and let the afternoon unfold slowly.

No productivity.

No Sunday-night pressure.

Just a few hours that belong entirely to you.
