The After Mat - Gathering #3 Halloween Edition 🎃

Over dit evenement

Welcome to The After Mat Chapter #3: Halloween Edition! 👻🤍

Who said Halloween plans have to start after dark? This Saturday, we're adding a little spooky magic to our usual mix of movement, matcha & meaningful connections! 🔮✨

We'll begin with 40 minutes of Pilates & yoga-inspired movement: 10 minutes of yoga to arrive, breathe and settle into the space, followed by 20 minutes of Pilates to build strength and energy, and finish with 10 minutes of yoga to stretch, slow down and reset.
And then comes The After Mat, the part that happens beyond the workout. We'll stay together over a warm matcha or tea, with plenty of time to chat, unwind and meet new people.
But this time, there's a little Halloween twist… 🃏
Your Saturday comes with a side quest!
Each participant will draw a mystery card with a fun little challenge designed to break the ice, spark conversations and bring us closer together.
And here's where the magic happens… one lucky card holds a FREE After Mat class! 🎟️✨
No tricks, just treats (and maybe a little mystery). 🤍
