Sound & paint

Over dit evenement

Sound & Paint | Full Moon Edition

Join us for a special Sound & Paint evening in collaboration with Peindre en Kura and Helenic Home, bringing together the healing qualities of sound of and creative expression.

Taking place on the evening of the Full Moon in Gemini, this gathering invites you to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with your inner world. Through sound, meditation, journaling, and intuitive painting, we’ll create space for reflection, rest, and self-expression.

The Full Moon in Gemini invites us to reflect on the thoughts, stories, and beliefs we may be ready to let go of. It’s a moment to release what no longer feels aligned, welcome new perspectives, and make space for a deeper understanding of ourselves. Through sound, journaling, and intuitive painting, we’ll explore what we’re ready to release and express what’s been waiting to be heard.

No painting experience is needed. This evening is not about creating a perfect artwork, but about embracing the process, following your intuition, and giving yourself permission to simply be.

Come as you are, bring an open mind, and give yourself an evening to unwind, reflect, and reconnect. 🤍
