🎭 MEET YOUR SHADOW
An intimate, one-day-shadow alchemy initiation for women who are done keeping themselves small. Women who are willing to untame themselves and transform into power and freedom through curiosity, play and radical honesty. Discover what doors will open when your hidden parts finally come alive again.

Through shadowwork, embodiment, movement, expression and a touch of sensuality, we’ll explore the parts of ourselves we’ve learned to suppress. With depth, curiosity and a healthy dose of playfulness.

We give fame to your shame. We give your rage a stage. 🎪

For those longing for more aliveness, more juice and more freedom to feel, desire, express and take up space.

YOUR HOSTS: BETTE & NICKY
Two Shadow Alchemists with a deep love of truth, rawness and desire. Nicky specializes in breathwork, tantric and polarity practices. Bette’s expertise is in theatre / roleplay, intimate and relational practices with a shamanic approach. Together they create a playful field to celebrate all your parts: the dark and the light.

Come as you are. Bring your curiosity, your contradictions and the parts of you that are ready to come out and play. No previous experience with shadowwork is needed, just a willingness to explore.

15:30-16:00: Arrival
16:00-19:00: Shadow Alchemy
19:00-20:00: Sensual Dinner
20:00-22:00: Integration & Celebration
