Yāna yoga: new years reset✨

Over dit evenement

End 2026 feeling grounded and refreshed at yāna yoga. A cosy and welcoming space in Utrecht to slow down after the holiday rush, take a breath and reconnect with yourself.

Expect a slower, grounding flow with gentle movement, longer stretches and time to settle into stillness. A moment to let go of what you don't need to carry into the new year and make some space for whatever comes next. Move at your own pace, with no resolutions or expectations needed.

Whether it's your first time on the mat or you've been practising for years, you're welcome here.
