As a Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Registered Hypnotherapist with over 15 years of experience, Certified Tantra Coach, Massage Therapist & experienced Space Holder, she combines her wisdom in a beautiful way.

Lola creates transformational spaces where you can remember who you really are. She's a Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Magical Musician & Singer, Human Design lover and invites you to experience spirituality deeply yet joyfully. Her music, voice, humor, knowledge and presence will take you deeper into movement, feeling, opening and expression. In ways you might not have experienced before.
