The rasalila Conscious Pole Beginner Teacher Training is a unique and immersive certification program that combines both our Conscious Movement Teacher Training with the Pole Foundations Teacher Training.
This training was created for people who want to teach pole differently.

Not from pressure or performance.
But from embodiment, connection, creativity, safety, nervous system awareness, and authentic expression.

At rasalila, we believe pole dance can be deeply empowering and fun when taught with care, consent, body awareness, and conscious communication. This training offers both the technical foundations of beginner pole teaching and the deeper somatic and emotional understanding needed to create truly supportive and transformative classes.

3 weekends – 55 hours of training
Across three immersive weekends, you will explore body awareness, nervous system regulation, consent, authentic expression, somatic practices, breath, alignment, and conscious communication, pole techniques and transitions, spotting & safety. You will learn how to create classes that are fun, welcoming and empowering.
