Life is bringing me back to Amsterdam, and therefore I'm super excited to continue the Monday Madness!

🌀 Bananas and Spirals
A playful exploration of spirals, side bends, and the basic ingredients of locomotion in Contact Improvisation.

We’ll explore how spirals and side bends allow us to roll, change direction, shift levels, move around and through each other, and continuously transform our relationship to gravity and to our partner.

✨ A juicy mix of anatomy, body mechanics, movement exploration, partnering and improvisation. discovering the endless possibilities hidden in these simple but fundamental ingredients of Contact Improvisation.
