✨ Curious to explore Tantra in a joyful and heart-opening way?

During this discovery day, you will gently explore energy, dance, movement and authentic presence. Creating a space to connect more deeply with yourself and with others through guided exercises and moments of reflection and sharing.

Let your heart speak. It can be as simple as that, and as challenging as that.

Eva, Ineke, Geoffrey, Christian and Nathalie are looking forward to meeting you and sharing our approach with you.

We will create a safe and supportive space where you are free to explore at your own pace.

This day is open to everyone, whether or not you have participated in tantra retreats before.

⭐ Bring a little something to share around the tea: something you love, something you feel like sharing with the others.
⭐ We invite you to wear loose, soft and comfortable clothing.

We welcome you at Liloco, a beautiful and bright centre where you can feel the energy flowing.
When the weather is nice, you will also be able to enjoy the garden during the break.

You will find us at:

There are a limited number of parking spaces available on site. You can also always find parking within a 5-minute walk, at the car park next to Brasserie Kasteel Beersel.
The centre is located opposite Beersel train station.

Lors de cette journée d’introduction, nous explorerons en douceur l’énergie, la danse, le mouvement et la présence authentique. Nous créerons un espace pour vous connecter plus profondément à vous-même et aux autres, à travers des exercices guidés, ainsi que des moments de réflexion, de partage et de rencontre.

Cela peut être aussi simple que cela… et aussi exigeant que cela.

Nous poserons un cadre sécurisant garantissant votre liberté d'explorer à votre rythme. Cette journée est ouverte à tous, que vous ayez ou non déjà participé à des stages de tantra.

⭐ Apportez une petite chose à partager autour du thé: quelque chose que vous aimez, quelque chose que vous aurez envie de partager avec les autres, avec amour.
⭐ Nous te proposons de venir avec des vêtements souples, amples et confortables.

Si nous n’avons pas encore eu l’occasion de nous rencontrer, nous vous invitons à prévoir un court échange téléphonique avec l’un de nos facilitateurs

Nous vous accueillons chez Liloco, un centre magnifique et lumineux où vous pouvez sentir l’énergie circuler.
Par beau temps, vous pourrez profiter du jardin pendant la pause.

Un nombre limité de places de parking est disponible sur place. Mais vous trouverez toujours de la place à 5 minutes à pied, sur le parking situé à côté de Brasserie Kasteel Beersel.
Le centre se trouve en face de la gare de Beersel.
