**About Authentic Presence**

Authentic presence is a path of radical owned honesty. It creates a safe and supportive environment where you can look at yourself with fresh eyes. At the same time it often is fun, enjoyable, beautiful, and meaningful.

Ultimately, this practice leads to a closer connection with yourself and more meaningful relationships with others.

Join these beginner sessions to learn basic techniques from authentic relating and circling. Activities include meditations, dialogues, and exercises on sharing and owning your experience. No prerequisites—just come as you are!

**House of the beloved**

This evening is offered to you by Stijn Smeets, artist- monk at House of the beloved.
At House of the Beloved, we're reimagining what it means to live, learn, and love. As a contemporary, monastic community grounded in the concept of "being different together", we explore new approaches to relationships, parenting, counseling, teaching, and community-building.

We're dedicated to helping you become absolutely free. Our transformative practices support you in finding deep connection by expressing your own way of being human.

Join us at our urban mountain top in the center of Brussels or our activities in Amsetrdam/ Utrecht.


**Timeschedule**

19:00h arriving
19:15h start
22:00h end, and optional evening ceremonie to devote our practice to anything you consider sacred.


**Practicalities**

- Contribution: sliding scale between €15 - €35,00
- Tea and healthy snacks are provided.
- Location is at walking distance from central station Woerden (2 minutes). You can park in front of the location.
- Bring your own (meditation) cusion to sit on, if you like.
