Autumn circle

Over dit evenement

Autumn Circle
As nature pulls back its energy, autumn invites us to do the same.
In a cozy, warm, and safe atmosphere, we create the space to soften.
Through meditation, sound, and reflection, a moment of rest and clarity unfolds.
No pressure, no expectations… just a safe place to breathe and just be.

What You Can Expect:
• A fun autumn activity
• Meditation & visualization
• Mantra singing
• Warm, cozy atmosphere… A safe, loving space filled with tea, candlelight, and comfort.

This is a moment just for you. The circle is inspired by the quiet energy of autumn and shaped by the connection of the group.
If you have any questions or would like to sign up, please do reach out. I love hearing from you!
