Reclaiming Energy: Intensi, Recapitulation & The Art of Impeccability

Over dit evenement

Take charge of your own energy.

True freedom begins when we stop abandoning ourselves. Drawing from the Toltec lineage and the concept of impeccability, this monthly practice invites you to gather scattered energy and build a steady presence for the goals that matter to you.

In the Toltec tradition, impeccability isn't about perfection. It is the disciplined choice to take full responsibility for your life, your energy and your focus.

What to expect in each session
Mindset & insight (short discussion): grounding in Toltec philosophy, shifting from reaction to intention, and looking honestly at the stories we tell ourselves.
Intensi practice: physical, dynamic movement sequences to release physical tension and sharpen your somatic presence.
Recapitulation: guided breathwork and energetic sweeping, as described in Carlos Castaneda's work, to reclaim your energy from past interactions.

Who this is for
Anyone ready to take charge of their own energy and cultivate the clarity and vitality to pursue their goals. No prior experience required, just a willingness to move, breathe and show up for yourself.
