Oceans of Time - Online event

Over dit evenement

You never lost the time.
You lost your connection to it.

One hour, live and online, exploring your relationship with time through three simple practices. Nothing to prepare, nothing to buy. Just you, your hands, and a little curiosity.

If any of this sounds familiar, you're in the right place.
Your days disappear and you could not honestly say where they went.
Your mind is always on. Switching it off feels close to impossible.
You have tried the apps, the early nights, maybe a yoga class, and something still is not shifting.

Most energy work feels too slow, too complex, or a little too woo for how you actually live.
You do not need more hours. You need a different relationship with the ones you already have.
