🍂 AUTUMN WELLNESS WORKSHOP 🍂

Do you feel the change of season in your energy and your skin? 🍁

As the days grow shorter and colder, our body asks for a little extra care. This workshop is a pause just for you: a moment to reconnect with your well-being and prepare for autumn from the inside out. ✨

Together we'll explore:
🌙 Simple habits that support your immune system: rest, nutrition, movement, and less stress
🌿 Natural supplements and how to bring them into your daily routine
🍂 How to care for your skin as the weather changes

We'll be working with **RINGANA**'s fresh, vegan products, made without preservatives and with respect for the planet.

Join us for a special morning to discover, learn, and take care of yourself.

👩‍🌾 With Isabel & Ivette
🗣️ Trilingual session: English, Spanish & Dutch

📅 Saturday, October 11 · 🕦 11:30

✨ Curious about more? After the workshop, there's an optional presentation about the business opportunity behind these products.
