Why Yoga Nidra + Sound Healing?
Yoga Nidra, often described as yogic sleep, is a deeply restful guided practice that invites the body to relax while the mind gradually becomes quieter and more spacious.

We'll then immerse ourselves in the soothing vibrations of sound healing, allowing the sounds to accompany you deeper into stillness and rest.

You don't need to know how to meditate.
And you don't need to be “good” at relaxing.
You simply need to arrive.
