Over dit evenement
A morning to slow down, soften & remember your true nature 🌿
Autumn invites us inward.
As nature begins to slow down, soften and turn its energy inward, we too can take a moment to pause. To breathe. To listen.
What happens when you stop asking yourself to do more, and simply allow yourself to slow down and surrender to your own rhythm?
On this Sunday morning, we’ll gather for a 2-hour Lu Jong special dedicated to nourishment, inner connection and coming home to yourself.
Lu Jong is an ancient Tibetan movement practice in which movement, breath and awareness come together.
Through gentle yet powerful movements, breath and awareness, we’ll reconnect with the body and the wisdom it holds. We’ll explore what it means to soften without losing strength, to ground without holding on, and to create space for what truly nourishes us.
Inspired by the energy of the season and the day, this practice is an invitation to turn inward: not to find something outside of yourself, but to remember what is already there.
A moment to slow down.
A moment to listen.
A moment to surrender to your own rhythm.
🌿 Nourish your body.
🌿 Reconnect with your inner nature.
🌿 Come home to yourself.
No previous experience with Lu Jong is needed. The practice is accessible to everyone, whether you are new to Lu Jong or already familiar with the movements.
Come as you are.
Give yourself permission to slow down.
And explore what it means to truly nourish yourself.
What truly nourishes you?
