Equinox - Cacao, breath & dance with live music, drums & DJ set.

Over dit evenement

Autumn Equinox - Cacao, Breath & Dance ✨
Come celebrate the Autumn Equinox with us at Elevate, a powerful threshold between light and darkness, inviting us into balance, gratitude and renewal.

Here in Ibiza, as across the ancient Mediterranean, the changing movements of the sun have long marked important seasonal thresholds.
The equinox invites us to honour what we have harvested, release what is complete and set intentions and manifest for the cycle ahead.

Together we’ll journey through cacao, meditation, breathwork, live sound and conscious dance.

19:00 Cacao ceremony & intentions to open the heart and space.

19:30 Kundalini meditation & movement for manifestation.

20:00 Breathwork, crystal bowls & handpan to release and relax.

20:40 Conscious dance & medicine music to uplift the spirit 💃

Guided by Nicole Chanan Priya
Live music by Rocky & Damir

A night to breathe, move, connect and honour the turning of the season. ✨
