You want deep connection. But something keeps getting in the way.

Maybe dating feels hollow - all surface, no spark. Maybe you meet people but rarely feel truly met. Or maybe you want to let someone in, but something in you quietly pulls back.

This is a space to practice the art of intimacy itself - a skill you carry into every part of your life. You'll meet real people here too, not through small talk or performance, but in real presence.

Come for the practice, come for the connection, come because you're quietly hoping to meet someone real - all of it is welcome here. And if it grows into something more? That's absolutely possible too.

What we'll do: This is an experiential, hands-on event - not just talk. Over three hours, we practice real connection and intimacy in the body - getting out of the head and into what's most real. We open the body, tune into our own yes and no, and explore masculine and feminine energies - the natural spark and attraction that comes alive between us. We'll grow our capacity to stay present with another, even when there's an urge to shut down or close - so we can bring more of ourselves: more presence, more play, more depth into connection.

You'll leave more open, more alive, more free - with simple practices you can bring straight into your life.

A safe container. Everything is opt-in, always. You choose your own edges; nothing is required, and consent is held with care throughout. Skilled facilitation holds the room so you can relax and explore. A small, intimate group of open, like-minded people - gender-balanced, welcoming, and easy to be in. No experience needed. Just come as you are.

Your guide Anna - a founder of the Embodied Arts Academy. Her work helps men and women awaken their body's intelligence and gently unwind the old patterns that block intimacy, aliveness, and the deep connection we long for.

Practical details: A 3-hour immersion. This edition is for singles. Future editions will also be open to couples.
