An evening of slowing down. A heart opening cacao to arrive and soften. Gentle, grounded circular breathing to quiet the body and settle the nervous system. A wide range of instruments to rest in as the evening unfolds.

End of Spring
As spring draws to a close, we gather to honour all that has grown, and to let it settle before the season turns toward summer.

We open with cacao, then move into breath and sound, letting the body soften and the mind grow quiet. We close with journaling and a community chat over tea, a gentle space to ask what bloomed for you this spring, what you are ready to lay down, and what you want to carry into the fullness of summer.

No experience needed.

This is a 2 hour journey of slowing down, coming back into the body and letting the nervous system calm. It is not about powerful breathing, activation or catharsis, but about returning, gently, to rest.

✿ About Ella & Atelier Sacred Bloom
I'm Ella, a shamanic practitioner, breathwork & sound facilitator and astrology coach. My work is slow and gentle, an invitation to step out of the doing and the achieving, and back into feeling, resting and creating.
Atelier Sacred Bloom is the space where this unfolds, on the upper floor of my home in Amsterdam-West. It is small and quiet by design, a place for no more than a handful of people at a time, so there is room for everyone to feel safe, held and unhurried.
Here you are welcome to slow down, listen inward, and find your own way back to yourself.
