Interactive Co-Created Wellness Webinar (FREE)

Over dit evenement

This is an online event where we, as people with long term health issues, come together to explore meeting our bodies supportively, exactly where they are. So often there is pressure to "fix", or the opposite - "put up with" - our body and mind health, and we tend not to come together with others experiencing different, but similar experiences and feelings. We will be a small group showing up for each other and ourselves for body and mind gentle inquiry, to be curious about what it could be like to "meet" our body kindly.
When you register for this event you will be invited to register your questions or topics around health, whether it's emotional, or physical or something else. I will be holding the event as a person with lifelong chronic illness, organ transplant, and over 20 years experience learning with my own body and 100's of clients and workshop attendees.
