𖤓 Winter in the Netherlands can feel long, dark, and heavy. Yet beneath the stillness, this season offers a powerful invitation to rest, integrate, and be nourished from within 𖤓

On the 6th of December, we invite you to step into the cocoon with us for a one-day women’s retreat to welcome the arrival of winter. Together, we’ll honour this season of introspection, slow down after the movement of the year, and create space to integrate what has been lived before turning toward rest.

Through ritual, breath, and sisterhood, we soften into the darker months, listening inwardly, tending to our nervous systems, and allowing the year to gently settle in the body.

What to expect:
꩜ A soft landing with cacao, meditation & sharing
꩜ Optional magic truffel microdose to sink more deeply into the day
꩜ Gentle breathwork session and soundbath to rest & release
꩜ A nourishing organic lunch
꩜ End of year integration ritual

This day is for women who wish to slow down, reflect, and enter winter with warmth, ritual, and care.

The Nieuwe Plek is a hidden sanctuary in the middle of the forest in Zeist. With its serene indoor spaces surrounded by forest, it offers a unique oasis of peace. A place to reconnect with yourself, with nature, and with each other.

ANNA is a psychedelic ceremony facilitator, birth doula, postpartum professional, breathwork coach, musician, globe trotter and philanthropist. I love people. And I love seeing people heal and thrive. My dharma – or soul’s mission – in this lifetime is to guide and assist others through moments of metamorphosis: processes of personal growth and transformation.

NICKY is a relationship therapist with a background in neuropsychology, certified yoga teacher, breathwork coach and a lover of ritual and ceremony. Free spirited and on a mission to help the world transition into a more relational and loving place. I’m passionate about bringing together ritual, embodiment, playfulness and emotional intelligence to create spaces where people feel safe and deeply seen.
