⠀We invite you to a deep journey within yourself, where through movement, breathing and awareness we will create a space for awakening true energy and opening the heart. This training is aimed at helping you establish a deeper connection with yourself, your body and others.

We will begin with practices that will help you feel your presence and nourish the space with love. In individual and group processes, you will be able to reveal inner freedom, give yourself the opportunity to be seen, accept support and recognition from others.

Particular attention is paid to awakening energy through the body, touch and breathing. Mindful work with the body activates natural processes, relieves tension and gives the opportunity to feel the inner forces that we often suppress.

The training includes meditative and dynamic practices that help release suppressed emotions such as aggression, tears or unexpressed love, which creates space for deep self-acceptance.

Body acceptance rituals and interaction in pairs will allow you to feel support and care, helping to open up and accept the body as it is, with all its history.

This training is not just a set of practices, but a holistic process, where each step helps you go deeper into exploring your feelings, emotions and energy, creating a safe space for personal transformation and awakening.
