Half-Day Spring Equinox Retreat
Join us on March 22nd from 13h to 17h for a half-day retreat designed to help you reset, restore balance, and welcome the fresh energy of spring.
A Journey of Renewal
The first part of this retreat is carefully designed to prepare your body and mind for the deep Breathwork & Sound Healing experience. Through meditation, gentle yoga, and guided relaxation, you will create space within yourself, allowing for a more profound and transformative journey.
What to Expect
Guided Meditation & Breath Awareness – A moment to slow down, focus your mind, and set your intentions for the journey ahead.
Yin-Yang Gentle Yoga – A practice that blends grounding stillness with gentle movement, helping you release tension and settle into a state of balance.
Short Yoga Nidra & Reflective Break – A guided deep relaxation to further prepare your nervous system, followed by a quiet moment to journal, sip tea, or simply be present.
All of these practices will lead you into the most powerful part of the retreat: Breathwork & Sound Healing
Breathwork & Sound Healing with Lilyan – This deeply immersive session will guide you into a state of clarity, release, and deep relaxation. The combination of conscious breathwork and the vibrations of gongs, crystal bowls, and other instruments helps to:
- Balance the nervous system
- Release emotional blockages
- Let go of stress, anxiety & past experiences
- Gain mental clarity & inner breakthroughs
- Cultivate self-love & inner connection
About the Teachers
Lilyan has over 20 years of experience in Kundalini yoga, Reiki, psychotherapy, life coaching, and sound healing. She is also a licensed prenatal and mommy & me yoga teacher, offering private yoga, meditation, and sound bath sessions in Los Angeles and beyond.

Jelena is a certified yoga teacher with years of experience guiding students of all levels. Her classes focus on breath, mindful movement, and creating a sense of ease in both the body and mind. She brings a warm and welcoming approach, combining flowing sequences, grounding postures, and essential oils for a full sensory experience.
